Paleo Spicy Hot Chocolate

½ cup coconut milk powder
6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa (or cacao) powder
1 to 2 tbsp. monk fruit sweetener (or a combinaton of Lakanto and Stevia)
1 tsp each cinnamon and vanilla powder
dashes cardamom, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper
pinch salt (brings out the chocolate flavor)
3 cups almond or other non-dairy milk
Sift together all dry ingredients to remove lumps (this is very important!). Store in a jar or other container and shake well.
When ready to use, stir 1/4 cup mix into 3/4 cup scalded hot dairy free milk of choice.
Top with dairy free whipped cream and/or marshmallows and enjoy!
