A super-fast Paleo mug cake made in 2 minutes with 7 ingredients baked super-easy in the microwave. Top with berries and Paleo whip for a super-scrumptious taste!

 1 banana
 1 egg
 2 tbsp coconut milk (I used pecan milk)
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 2 tbsp almond flour
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp sea salt
OPTIONAL:
 ½ tbsp bone broth protein powder (I used chocolate)
 ½ tbsp collagen powder
 ½ tbsp l-glutamine powder

In a microwave-safe mug, use a fork to mash the banana.

Add the egg, coconut milk, and vanilla extract to the mug and whisk together with a fork.

Add the almond flour, cinnamon, and salt and mix well. Add bone broth, collagen, and l-glutamine powers if desired.

Microwave for 2 minutes and serve. Top with chocolate chips, sprinkles, berries, and whipped cream if desired.
