Paleo Avocado Dressing. ... a smidge of Paleo-friendly mayo, a whole avocado, and tons of spice and garlic .... AY CARRAMBA!

 ½ large avocado, peeled and seeded
  cup unsweetened almond milk (I used pistachio milk ... an Imperfect Foods find)
 1 ½ tbsp Paleo-friendly mayonnaise
 ½ tbsp lemon juice
 ½ garlic clove, minced (I microplane mine)
 ½ tsp dried parsley
 ¼ tsp dried dill
 ¼ tsp dried chives
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 1 tbsp cold water or more as needed
 salt, black pepper to taste

Add all the ingredients except water to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Add the water, a tablespoon at a time, until the dressing has reached your desired consistency.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
